MKT allows us to work with a multitude of different products, and vegetables are no exception. Recently, our clients from Belgium asked us to try freezing their products, namely carrots and green beans. In this video (above/below), you can see how successful the experiment was!
In conclusion:
Upon thawing, the beans retained their original weight, while the carrot experienced a minimal weight loss of only 7.63%! The appearance also demonstrates how well the product has been preserved. We conducted a comprehensive tasting, during which a group of people concluded that the texture, fragrance, and taste of the product are indistinguishable from those that were not frozen at all.
